Tu Rol en Baxter: Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan operativo del almacén, dando seguimiento a los resultados de recibos, almacenamiento, surtido, movimientos internos, embarques y demás procesos bajo su responsabilidad. Administrar la capacidad y los recursos de la operación, evaluando cargas de trabajo, disponibilidad de personal, equipos, espacios y necesidades del negocio para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan. Monitorear y analizar los KPI del almacén, incluyendo seguridad, calidad, productividad, servicio, y exactitud transaccional, estableciendo acciones ante desviaciones y verificando su efectividad. Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, controles internos y estándares de seguridad, calidad y buenas prácticas de almacenamiento, promoviendo disciplina operativa y acciones preventivas. Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua y solución de problemas orientadas a mejorar productividad, confiabilidad de inventario, flujo de materiales, utilización de recursos y cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos. Requisitos: 3 a 5 años de experiencia en operaciones de almacén, logística o cadena de suministro. Ingenieria o Carrera Terminada. Manejo de sistemas ERP/WMS, disciplina transaccional y análisis de información operativa. Ingles Intermedio-Avanzado.
