Job Description: Job Overview Ejecutar e impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua mediante la implementación de herramientas Lean Manufacturing y TEOA, enfocadas en la eliminación de desperdicios, estandarización de procesos, mejora de productividad, estabilidad operativa y fortalecimiento de la cultura de disciplina operacional. El puesto es responsable de coordinar y dar seguimiento a actividades relacionadas con 5S, Kaizen, equipos autónomos de producción (EAP/TEPO), estandarización operativa, análisis de causa raíz y mejora de indicadores operativos, asegurando la correcta implementación y sostenibilidad de las iniciativas en piso de producción. Job Requirements Responsabilidades: Implementar y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de mejora continua enfocadas en seguridad, calidad, entrega, productividad y reducción de desperdicios. Coordinar actividades de Lean Manufacturing y TEOA en piso de producción. Desarrollar, implementar y mantener sistemas de 5S en áreas operativas y de soporte. Facilitar y dar seguimiento a eventos Kaizen y actividades de mejora con equipos multidisciplinarios. Participar en análisis de causa raíz utilizando metodologías como 5 Why’s, Ishikawa y herramientas básicas de solución de problemas. Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y planes de mejora derivados de auditorías, Gemba Walks o desviaciones operativas. Asegurar la correcta implementación y sostenibilidad de estándares operativos en producción. Monitorear y actualizar indicadores relacionados con productividad, disciplina operativa, eficiencia y mejora continua. Dar seguimiento a matrices de habilidades y polivalencia para asegurar flexibilidad operativa en líneas de producción. Coordinar y participar en auditorías de 5S, Layered Process Audits (LPA) y auditorías operativas. Participar en la actualización y mejora al lay out, ayudas visuales y documentación operativa.
