Must have skills : Microsoft Intune Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Senior Analyst, you will play a hands-on role in deploying and managing enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms using Microsoft Intune. You will operate independently on day-to-day configuration tasks—such as zero-touch mobile onboarding and Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)—while collaborating cross-functionally to uphold strong security, compliance, and patch standards. Roles & Responsibilities Multi-Platform Management: Perform device configuration, app deployment, and troubleshooting independently across Windows, Android, and macOS ecosystems via Microsoft Intune. Automated Provisioning: Execute zero-touch provisioning setups including Apple Business Manager (ABM) / Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Samsung Knox, and Google Zero-Touch. Identity & Security Integration: Configure and support advanced security architectures, including macOS Platform SSO (backed by the Secure Enclave) and compliance baselines. Software Updates & Monitoring: Oversee modern Declarative Device Management (DDM) workflows for macOS software updates, tracking device compliance and telemetry in real time. Documentation & Team Support: Maintain crisp deployment documentation for Mac and mobile profiles while assisting junior engineers with troubleshooting package deployments or script constraints. Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have Skill: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, with explicit multi-platform experience spanning Windows, mobile (Android/iOS), and macOS endpoint management (including Apple Business Manager integration). Familiarity with macOS package management (PKG/DMG wrapping), shell scripting for Macs, and app lifecycle manaement. Strong understanding of cloud-first security frameworks, conditional access, and device compliance. Knowledge of integrating cloud infrastructure with directory services (Microsoft Entra ID). Additional Information Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and JAMF. Location: Gurugram office.
