Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance. Must have skills : Microsoft Intune Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Specialist, you will act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) responsible for architecting and optimizing enterprise-wide, multi-OS endpoint strategies. You will design resilient provisioning architectures that bridge traditional infrastructure with modern cloud management, establishing robust design patterns for Windows and macOS device fleets via Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager. Roles & Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy: Spearhead the design, validation, and rollout of heterogeneous device management architectures (Windows, macOS, mobile), ensuring enterprise scalability and zero-trust alignment. Advanced Apple Deployment: Architect end-to-end Apple corporate deployments utilizing Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), volume purchase programs (Apps and Books), and advanced DDM policies. Identity & Security Architecture: Define and implement robust access paradigms, such as phishing-resistant Platform SSO for macOS, automated File Vault encryption management, and custom compliance frameworks. Optimization & Governance: Lead performance tuning, cross-functional alignment, and troubleshooting for complex multi-OS synchronization bottlenecks, script execution bounds, and policy conflicts. Technical Leadership: Guide the organization on modern endpoint trends, moving legacy policies to native cloud primitives (e.g., DDM software updates) and driving automation. Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have Skill: Advanced proficiency and minimum 3+ years of deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, featuring heavy exposure to enterprise-grade macOS fleet management and Apple ecosystem integration. Proven capability in designing and validating architecture proofs for multi-platform cloud solutions. Deep knowledge of Apple security primitives (Secure Enclave, Gatekeeper, XProtect, and DDM status reporting). Expert grasp of cloud security postures, identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID / Okta), and hybrid integration models. Additional Information Experience Requirement: Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and JAMF Location: Gurugram office.
