The role requires working collaboratively within agile environments, applying modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. This position demands continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that software components integrate seamlessly and perform optimally to support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and implementation of innovative software approaches to enhance system capabilities. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII). - Experience in integrating manufacturing systems with enterprise applications to streamline operations. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions. - Familiarity with data exchange protocols and real-time data processing within manufacturing environments.
