Project Role : Network & Svcs Operations Representative Project Role Description : Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Must have skills : SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Network and Services Operations Representative, a typical day involves configuring and integrating telecommunication network elements to ensure seamless operation throughout their life cycle. This includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The role also requires overseeing back office system data records to maintain accuracy and consistency. Supporting customer activations and making necessary configuration adjustments are key daily activities, ensuring that network services meet operational standards and customer requirements effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network operations with business objectives. - Continuously monitor network performance and recommend improvements to enhance service quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII). - Strong understanding of telecommunication network configurations and lifecycle management. - Experience in managing back office system data records with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to support customer activations and perform configuration adjustments effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes between network elements and operational support systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex network-related issues in a timely manner.
