Job description

Job Responsibility and key Decisions Perform routine monitoring of critical utility systems and record operational parameters as per defined frequencies. Support preventive and minor corrective maintenance of facility and utility systems as directed by supervisors. Assist in the operation of HVAC, WFI, PW, clean steam, and other critical utilities during startup, normal operation, and shutdown. Promptly report any alarms, deviations, or irregularities in utility system performance. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and GMP standards in utility areas and during work execution. Support documentation for audits, investigations, and validation activities related to utilities. Follow all safety instructions and SOPs while operating or working near mechanical and utility systems. Participate in training programs to build technical knowledge and GMP understanding. Key Decisions Escalating equipment abnormalities or outofspecification readings to the supervisor or engineer. Determining when to initiate basic maintenance support e.g., draining, cleaning, filter checks based on schedule or equipment need. Ensuring timely and accurate data entry in operational and maintenance logbooks. Identifying and reporting risks related to safety, compliance, or equipment integrity.
