Role Description: This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for materials and services, ensuring value-for-money outcomes while balancing cost, quality, supplier risk, and delivery requirements. The position also builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships to support effective collaboration and informed decision-making. Core Duties: Coordinate sourcing and supplier evaluation activities to identify and recommend best-value solutions for the business. Foster strong supplier and stakeholder partnerships to support effective collaboration and procurement outcomes. Support the successful delivery of procurement initiatives, balancing cost, quality, risk, and schedule requirements. Monitor market conditions and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform procurement strategies. Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements and deliver responsive procurement support. Provide procurement reporting and insights to support governance, performance monitoring, and decision-making. Essential Skills: Strong experience working with end-to-end procurement activities. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders. Well-developed negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business requirements. Experience within the Defence industry or a highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
