Location: IND - Bangalore 24/7 | Job-ID: 220795 | Contract type: Standard | Business Unit: IT Consulting Life on team Computacenter looking for Change manager who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all changes to the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role ensures that changes are implemented efficiently, with minimal disruption to business operations, and in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. What you’ll do Oversee the lifecycle of change requests from initiation to closure, ensuring all changes are recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner. Chair and lead CAB meetings to evaluate, approve, and prioritize changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Review and assess change requests for potential risks and impacts on IT infrastructure and business operations. Develop, maintain, and enforce change management policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Coordinate and communicate change plans, schedules, and updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the process. Track and report on change success rates, disruptions, unauthorized changes, and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement. Identify and implement improvements to the change management process, leveraging feedback and lessons learned. What you’ll need Total Experience should be between 10-14 yrs Proven experience in IT change management, IT service management, or a similar role, ideally within a medium to large organization. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess risks, impacts, and benefits of proposed changes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple change requests and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving business and technological needs.
