Job DescriptionSecurity Service Delivery ManagerDepartment: Information Security / Cybersecurity ServicesLocation: HyderabadExperience: 16+ years in IT/Information Security, with 5+ years in security service delivery or security operations leadershipAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Security Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services for our clients and internal stakeholders. This is a leadership role that blends service delivery management with genuine technical depth — you should be comfortable discussing Identity and access management, data and end point security, SOC operations, vulnerability management, and cloud security architecture with engineers in the morning, and presenting security posture, risks, and SLAs to executives in the afternoon.The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure across the breadth of cybersecurity domains — governance, risk and compliance, security operations, infrastructure and network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, incident response, and business continuity — and a proven record of building, scaling, and governing security delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Operations• Own end-to-end delivery of security services (vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, threat management, identity and access management, SOC/monitoring ,GRC services) against defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.• Establish and mature the security delivery function, including staffing, onboarding, training, shift management, audit readiness, and governance cadences.• Supervise and coordinate response to high-severity security incidents across regions, ensuring service availability with minimal delay and business impact, and driving post-incident reviews and corrective actions.• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes covering risk management, access control, change management, log management, backup and restoration, and SLA management.Client & Stakeholder Management• Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal business stakeholders on security service matters.• Chair periodic service reviews and executive meetings to present security posture, open risks, incident trends, and progress on key initiatives.• Manage contract and scope discussions, support RFP responses, solutioning, effort and cost estimation, and transition planning for new engagements.• Own P&L or budget accountability for the delivery portfolio, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and optimize cost of delivery.Technical & Advisory Leadership• Provide technical direction to security architects, SOC analysts, penetration testers, and engineers; review complex security solutions and designs.• Ensure delivery aligns with security frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and GDPR/data-privacy obligations.• Guide adoption of secure practices across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/OCI), including cloud security posture, identity, and workload protection.• Contribute to the development and upkeep of security policies, standards, SOPs, and business continuity/disaster recover Key Responsibilities 1. Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity. 3. Leads and mentors teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance, and fosters a positive and collaborative work environment. 4. Manages budgets, resources, and procurement, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness. 5. Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations. 6. Ensures compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards, and maintains high quality standards. 7. Facilitates effective communication and collaboration with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors. 8. Identifies and manages potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Skill Requirements 1. Group Operations Manager needs a combination of hard and soft skills to effectively lead and manage operational processes within an organization. 2. These skills include leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management, among others. 3. Additionally, strong financial and organizational skills are crucial for managing budgets and resources, and ensuring efficient workflows. Other Requirements 1.
