Exchange Engineer – Migration & Integration Projects Role Summary Experienced Exchange Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 migrations, integration projects, and messaging administration. Responsible for leading migration activities, supporting complex technical implementations, and providing L3 operational support across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead Exchange Online migration and integration activities. • Manage mailbox, distribution group, shared mailbox, and resource mailbox migrations. • Design and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, and messaging configurations. • Support tenant consolidation, coexistence, and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives. • Develop PowerShell automation and operational reporting. • Create technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation plans. • Serve as the L3 escalation point for complex Exchange Online issues. Required Skills • Exchange Online Administration • Microsoft 365 Administration • Exchange Hybrid Environments • Mail Flow & SMTP Routing • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • PowerShell Scripting • Tenant-to-Tenant Migration Experience • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills Experience • 8+ years of Exchange/Microsoft 365 experience. • Proven experience in large-scale migration and integration projects. • Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, Cloudiway, or similar solutions.
