Job Title: SAP Transformation & Program Manager Experience: 20+ Years Location: PAN India / Client LocationEmployment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation & Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA implementations, business process transformation, digital modernization, and global SAP rollout programs. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and business value realization. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP ECC, and related SAP solutions. Define program strategy, roadmap, governance structure, and transformation approach. Manage multiple SAP workstreams including Functional, Technical, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, Change Management, and Cutover. Coordinate with business stakeholders, client leadership, system integrators, and delivery teams. Establish program governance, steering committees, status reporting, and risk management frameworks. Drive project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management activities. Ensure successful execution of SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects. Monitor program KPIs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. Lead organizational change management and business adoption initiatives. Ensure quality delivery through adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices. Support business case preparation, transformation strategy, and value realization tracking. Manage program financials, forecasting, and overall delivery excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years managing large SAP transformation programs. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, brownfield/greenfield transformations, and global deployments. Expertise in Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO governance, and stakeholder management. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Hybrid delivery models. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, or SAP BTP ecosystem. Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Knowledge of business process transformation and enterprise architecture principles. PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Certifications, or Agile certifications preferred. Preferred Experience End-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Global template rollout and multi-country deployments. SAP Cloud and SAP BTP transformation initiatives. Mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and ERP consolidation programs. Digital transformation and process optimization projects.
