We are looking for a high-impact, commercially aggressive Director of Sales – BFSI to lead our revenue growth strategy within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise sales leader who combines deep BFSI domain expertise with a proven ability to sell BPO, operations, and technology services to C-suite stakeholders. Key Responsibilities This is a senior, quota-carrying leadership role critical to HCTECH's market expansion and revenue objectives. Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership • Own and exceed the annual revenue target for the BFSI vertical, driving new business acquisition and account expansion. • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy targeting banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset managers, and fintech firms. • Build and manage a high-performance sales pipeline across segments — enterprise, mid-market, and emerging. • Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Skill Requirements Experience selling services in areas such as mortgage processing, collections, KYC/onboarding, trade finance ops, actuarial support, or regulatory compliance (AML/KYC). • Exposure to technology-enhanced BPO propositions: RPA, AI/ML-assisted operations, digital customer engagement. • Prior experience in a high-growth BPO, shared services, or fintech environment. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
