Job Responsibilities : SOTI MobiControl Administration Administer and manage SOTI MobiControl environments. Configure and maintain: Device groups Profiles Policies Enrollment rules Compliance settings Monitor SOTI platform performance and availability. Support enterprise mobility onboarding and provisioning activities. Mobile Device Lifecycle Management Enroll and provision: Android Enterprise devices iOS/iPadOS devices Rugged handheld devices Corporate-owned and BYOD devices Manage: Device onboarding Refresh programs Device replacements Retirement and decommissioning Maintain accurate endpoint inventory records. Mobile Application Management Deploy and manage enterprise mobile applications. Support application updates, version control, and rollback activities. Troubleshoot application installation and execution failures. Support line-of-business applications on managed devices. Manage application compliance requirements. Mobile Security & Threat Defense (Zimperium) Administer Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense (zIPS) platform. Monitor and respond to mobile security threats. Investigate and remediate: Malware detections Phishing attempts Network attacks Jailbreak/root detections Application risks Manage mobile risk scoring and compliance enforcement. Support integration between SOTI MobiControl and Zimperium. Coordinate with Cyber Security and SOC teams during security incidents. Generate mobile threat intelligence and compliance reports. Endpoint Security & Compliance Implement and maintain: Device encryption PIN/Passcode policies Conditional access controls Device restrictions Compliance policies Support remote lock and remote wipe operations. Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards. Monitor and remediate non-compliant devices. Device Configuration Management Configure and support: Wi-Fi profiles VPN profiles Email profiles Certificate-based authentication Kiosk mode configurations Shared device configurations Troubleshoot profile deployment and synchronization issues. Incident & Request Management Handle L2 incidents and service requests related to mobility services. Troubleshoot: Enrollment failures Policy deployment issues Email synchronization issues VPN connectivity problems Device compliance failures Zimperium threat alerts Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and vendors when required. Ensure SLA compliance. Reporting & Governance Generate mobility and security reports. Track: Device compliance Enrollment statistics Threat remediation status Security posture metrics Support governance reviews and audit activities. Maintain mobility service documentation. Documentation & Knowledge Management Create and maintain: SOPs Knowledge Articles Runbooks Troubleshooting Guides Support audit evidence collection. Update operational processes and procedures.
