POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Manager will oversee and manage core functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational workflows, optimize resource allocation, and support cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This individual will also develop and implement best practices to manage operations, will assist in technical standards development and architecture development, staffing and staff development, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Operational Execution: Accountable for service delivery, across multiple tracks. Manage multiple diverse delivery teams.Ensuring timely and effective execution of ad campaigns.Oversee technical support operations, ensuring high-quality service and prompt resolution of technical issues.Managing the operations architecture focused on optimizing the infrastructure and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our systems and services.The resiliency and reliability engineering efforts that include designing and implementing strategies to enhance the robustness and dependability of our systems to ensure uninterrupted service availability.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, platform engineering, and infrastructure, to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in system reliability, scalability, and performance. Managing relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements and contractual obligations. Collaborating with the compliance teams to develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Perform Agile product manager role by creating, prioritizing, and validating cloud operations stories.Lead Governance including WBR/MBR, EOQ sessions, VMO Connect, Staffing reviews with Customer and Management reviews Productivity: Improve overall productivity through effective business process improvement methods (Six Sigma), effective deployment of resources, programs and operational excellence.Drive 100% Solution AdoptionSLA Performance and risk mitigationDirect a team of Operations Managers, Track Leads, group managers of large-scale, complex global projects that involve multiple stakeholders.Monitors day to day delivery management and engagement with multiple support units within the organization to ensure adherence to service level standards and to deliver a best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget.Developing and executing strategic plans for operational excellence, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring the reliability and performance of critical systems. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Skill Requirements Preferred Experience: 12-16 years’ experience in managing large scale agile programs focused in operations management roles 8+ years’ experience with People Management and Stakeholder/Client ManagementExperience working in advertising, technology, or customer support sectors.Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.Good with numbers, analytical and logical skills are a must for the role along with flexibility on managing global delivery teams.Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skillsStrong oral communication and written presentation communication skills.
