Job Title: Delivery Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM) Location: [US] Employment Type: Full-Time Eligibility: US Green Card Holder About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead large-scale, complex IAM transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery, driving customer success, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Oversee delivery of large and complex IAM transformation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business analysts, fostering collaboration and accountability. Agile Delivery: Implement and manage projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies , ensuring iterative progress and stakeholder alignment. Risk & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, security best practices, and organizational policies. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and adoption of best practices in IAM delivery. Skill Requirements Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain. Proven expertise in delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs . Strong understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity). Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills. Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. US Green Card holder (mandatory). Other Requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration with enterprise systems. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
