seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery teams and drive successful execution of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, servant leadership, Agile coaching, and project governance capabilities Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting team productivity. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. Monitor sprint progress and ensure committed deliverables are achieved. Project Management Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies. Track project performance using KPIs and Agile metrics. Ensure adherence to organizational governance, PMO standards, and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendors, and delivery teams. Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams. Present project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and steering committees. Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across teams. Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues proactively and drive resolution. Maintain project health and delivery predictability. Agile Metrics & Reporting Track Velocity, Burndown Charts, Burnup Charts, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Sprint Predictability, and Team Capacity. Prepare project dashboards and executive reports. Analyze team performance trends and recommend process improvements. Resource & Team Management Coordinate with offshore, onsite, and cross-functional teams. Support resource planning, onboarding, and capacity management. Enable collaboration among developers, QA teams, business analysts, and product owners. Continuous Improvement Drive Agile maturity assessments and improvement initiatives. Implement DevOps and Agile best practices. Promote automation, quality engineering, and Lean principles across teams.
