We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an RCM Customer Service Executive – Voice/Semi/Non Voice. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Willing to work in US Shifts. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments. Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions. Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact. Update account-wise customer interactions daily. Achieve critical performance targets. Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines. Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools. Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines. Skill Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Focus on delivering a positive customer experience Should possess active listening skills Good data entry & typing skills Ability to multitask. Ability to contribute to the process through improvement ideas. Analytical and problem-solving skills on the process. To use sound judgment and take decisions.
