Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

Job description

The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving improvements in company margins by minimizing price erosion and enhancing supply chain efficiencies, with progress reviewed semi-annually. This role will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to coordinate and implement savings initiatives, targeting annual savings of $10M or more. This role will also support Investor Relations (IR) by handling key tasks for the VP of IR, including board reporting, peer analysis, quarterly earnings support, and long-range planning (LRP) updates. Additionally, the role includes managing forecasting and analytics for Institutional, Biosimilars, and Retail generics, focusing on key factors such as price, volume, margin, and customer mix. The Senior Financial Analysis and Planning Manager will work under the guidance of the VP, FP&A to prepare forecasting presentations and support finance-related IT projects, such as the D2C initiative.
