Must have skills : Autosys Administration Good to have skills : Linux, Unix Shell Scripting, Ansible on Microsoft Azure Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, We are seeking an experienced Autosys Engineering Architect to lead the design, implementation, automation, and support of enterprise-scale Autosys environments. The role requires deep expertise in Autosys architecture, EEM administration, Linux-Unix platforms, MSSQL databases, and automation frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for engineering resilient scheduling platforms, implementing automation solutions, and providing advanced production support for global business-critical environments. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build, and integrate Autosys environments within enterprise ecosystems. Configure and administer Autosys Application Servers, Event Servers, and Agents. Implement and manage Embedded Entitlements Manager (EEM) including RBAC and compliance controls. Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for installation, configuration management, patch deployment, and compliance enforcement. Deploy and manage Autosys agents across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments. Design and implement high-availability (HA), failover, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Provide L3 and L4 support for production-critical Autosys environments. Troubleshoot complex issues across Autosys, OS, database, network, and middleware layers. Develop automation frameworks, self-service portals, and operational tooling. Manage CI-CD integrations using GitLab and automation pipelines. Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials. Collaborate with infrastructure, DBA, application, and security teams across global locations. Strong knowledge of Autosys-EEM integration. Expertise in production support and operational excellence. Ability to design scalable automation frameworks. Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple technology stacks. Experience working in global and highly regulated environments. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Documentation and technical writing expertise. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in mission-critical environments. Collaboration with global cross-functional teams. Preferred Candidate Profile 8+ years of hands-on Autosys Engineering experience. Experience building Autosys environments from scratch. Strong exposure to EEM, Linux/Unix, Ansible, and MSSQL. Experience supporting enterprise-scale scheduling platforms. Strong automation mindset and DevOps experience.
