Únete a nosotros en la intersección de salvar y sostener vidas, donde tu propósito acelera nuestra misión Lo que realizarás en Baxter: Realizar el mantenimiento eléctrico y mecánico menores incluyendo, pero no limitando a el reemplazo o la reparación de los accesorios (reparación eléctrica, ajuste mecánico, etc.) utilizando las herramientas adecuadas de mano y/o herramientas especiales. Dar soporte a las líneas de producción para mantener las máquinas o equipos de manufactura trabajando en excelentes condiciones. Desmontar el equipo o la maquinaria, desconectar los controles y retirar las piezas defectuosas para que puedan ser reparadas o sustituidas. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo siguiendo las tareas descriptas en el Jop Plan del PM. Identificar posibles modos de falla en las máquinas y equipo. Actualizar el equipo en cualquiera de las disciplinas mencionadas (Eléctrica, mecánica y neumática). Documentar manualmente y / o electrónicamente la información requerida para cumplir con los procedimientos y especificaciones aplicables. Proveer entrenamientos a operadores de maquina (Urania, FF&S, Kensol, etc.). Trabajar en el machine shop en la manufactura de fixtures o reparaciones menores de partes de máquinas. Manejar proyectos especiales de acuerdo a asignaciones del supervisor. Observar y velar por el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de EHS de la planta. Aprender y practicar principios ergonómicos básicos para reducir las molestias y lesiones relacionadas con el trabajo. Conocer todos los riesgos asociados, los aspectos ambientales de su área y apoyar la identificación de nuevos riesgos. Lo que aportarás: Graduado o estudiante universitario en carreras afines, técnico/perito o tecnólogo en Mecánica/electricidad o electrónica. Debe tener mínimo 2 años de experiencia y un excelente desempeño en el área requerida. Disponibilidad para laborar horas extras. Alto conocimiento técnico y buen desempeño en las siguientes áreas: Uson Leak Tester, FFS Machines, Urania/Doboy Band Sealer, Kensol Hot stamp printer y diagnósticos de averías.
