This role manages a team of security leads overseeing cyber risk management, security architecture, regulatory and audit compliance, and policy development. The Director provides security architecture and advisory support to business and product teams to enforce security by design, and owns the cyber security awareness program, including tabletop exercises and phishing campaigns.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThis leadership role requires deep technical expertise in security architecture, advisory, and risk management. The Director sets strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics; governs delivery and reliability rhythms; and drives security outcomes across teams.
