Your profile Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results in fields such as Business, Management, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or Technology. Ideally, you combine this with real-life experience. Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated, with 0-1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree. Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow- both independently and as part of a team. Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are meriting. Experience or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven innovation is considered a valuable asset. Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
