We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Accounting to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations through comprehensive risk assessment and the enhancement of process efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, risk management, and process improvement, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this role, you will collaborate closely with head quarter teams, the tax team, legal personnel, system teams and other internal stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. About the Role Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy. Interpret and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Support audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations. About You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting/finance. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication English/Spanish and interpersonal skills.
