The individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end learning project execution, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet business objectives. • Talent Development Instruction Design • Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals. Roles and Responsibilities: • Project & Delivery Management • • Lead end-to-end delivery of learning and instructional design projects across multiple workstreams. • • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, risks, and dependencies. • • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. • • Establish governance mechanisms and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders. • Instructional Design & Learning Solutions • • Provide leadership and oversight for the design and development of learning solutions across ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended learning, performance support, and social learning modalities. • • Review learning assets to ensure alignment with instructional design standards, branding guidelines, and learner requirements. • • Drive innovation through the adoption of learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and modern learning practices. • Stakeholder & Client Management • • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • • Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project reviews with business and client leadership. • • Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence. • Team Leadership & Capability Building • • Lead and mentor teams of Instructional Designers, Content Developers, Media Developers, and Learning Consultants. • • Coach team members on instructional design best practices, project delivery, and stakeholder management. • • Drive capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Quality & Operational Excellence • • Implement quality assurance processes and governance frameworks. • • Monitor delivery metrics, utilization, productivity, and performance indicators. • • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.
