Must have skills : Cloud Strategy and Assessment Good to have skills : NA Minimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current technology environments and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud platforms. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various teams to implement cloud strategies that support innovative business goals and enhance operational capabilities. The engineer continuously monitors progress and adapts plans to meet evolving requirements, contributing to the successful adoption of cloud technologies within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud migration strategies with business objectives and technical requirements. - Lead the development of migration frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. - Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding them through complex migration challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment. - Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms and understanding of both private and public cloud environments. - Strong knowledge of application and data migration techniques, including planning and execution. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions that meet business needs. - Familiarity with cloud security principles and compliance requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address cross-team and business-wide challenges.
