Your main tasks Lead the S2P team (up to 7 people) in executing processes timely, effectively, and efficiently, combining and developing leadership skills, analytical approaches, and interpersonal abilities. Ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), continuously improving on performance benchmark. Assign team members for task execution according to their capacity, competency set and Individual Development Plans. Coach, mentor and support development of team members, recognize key employees. Use available tools (SAP, Celonis etc.) to analyze and present data to support business insights & decision making. Support the team in operational activities if needed. Closely and effectively cooperate with other teams, departments, business stakeholders, S2P GPO, SMEs, FSC India, Compliance Manager, CI Manger etc. Deliver and manage projects across S2P Department and FSC Krakow. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine. Ensure a robust compliance environment in the team with applicable policies, procedures, and processes. Understand the company's operations and the strategy of TE FSC Krakow / S2P and the global TE organization.
