As a Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge applications that facilitate business growth and operational efficiency. Your expertise in debugging and problem-solving will be critical in identifying issues early and guiding your team to successful resolutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through coding, configuration, testing, and deployment. Your responsibilities include: Requirement Gathering : Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs across various modules. Document detailed functional requirements and ensure clarity and completeness to facilitate smooth development workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across business processes to identify dependencies, linkages, and potential impacts of proposed changes to ensure comprehensive solution design. Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication throughout project phases. ͏ Solution Design and Development Under the guidance of the Project Manager, you will take ownership in: Solution Architecture : Facilitate the creation of scalable and maintainable application designs that align with technical standards and business requirements. Code Quality Oversight : Review and validate code to ensure adherence to project standards, promote code reuse, and unify replication patterns. Technical Query Resolution : Support team members by resolving complex technical challenges to advance development progress smoothly. Your leadership will ensure that the team develops robust, high-performance software aligned with project timelines and quality benchmarks. ͏ Problem Solving and Implementation In this phase, you will: Perform in-depth root cause analysis to detect and troubleshoot recurring technical issues, enhancing software stability and performance. Modify and optimize software code to incorporate new hardware capabilities, improve interface integrations, and enhance overall system efficiency. Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate system configurations and ensure seamless integration of new applications. Develop comprehensive user training documents and support materials to facilitate adoption and reduce operational transition risks. ͏ Required Skills and Competencies Technical Expertise : Demonstrable proficiency in C programming and strong experience with Unix Shell scripting. Depth in debugging techniques and software development lifecycle processes. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
