Job Description: Job Description Role Purpose Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes. ͏ Areas of Responsibility Requirement Gathering-Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals. Feasibility Analysis-Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes. Solution Design-Contribute to solution design by identifying customisation requirements across multiple modules, basis understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements. Configuration and Customisation-Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes. Technology Harmonisation-Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications. Troubleshooting and optimisation-Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications. Documentation-"Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents." ͏ ServiceNow IRM Developer / Technical PM Role Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer / Technical PM to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The role requires strong ServiceNow IRM/GRC expertise, technical delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and experience across Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, and Controls. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design, development, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions. Configure and enhance Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Issues and Controls Management capabilities. Translate risk, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements into functional and technical solutions. Design risk assessments, workflows, controls, KRIs, reporting, dashboards, and automation. Manage integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, CMDB, IAM, and enterprise platforms . Drive technical governance, solution quality, releases, upgrades, and production stabilization. Lead client workshops and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and technology stakeholders. Coordinate global delivery teams and provide technical guidance to developers and consultants. Required Skills & Experience 14+ years of overall experience in technology risk, GRC, audit, regulatory compliance, or related technology/consulting areas. 8+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience , including architecture and implementation. Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM , including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Issues Management, and Controls Management. Experience with risk assessments, control frameworks, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and integrations . Strong technical/project delivery, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills. Experience leading enterprise implementations and global/onshore-offshore teams. Preferred ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-IRM, CSA, CAD, CTA, CMA or CAA . Risk/security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CRISC . Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, COSO, SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA and NIS2 .
