Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs) Good to have skills : Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that are trained on extensive datasets, ensuring the models can effectively process natural language. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model parameters to enhance performance and adaptability across various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align architectural decisions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and scalability in language model development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong expertise in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks. - Experience in handling large-scale datasets and implementing training pipelines for language models. - Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance tuning to improve accuracy and efficiency. - Ability to integrate language models into broader AI systems and workflows.
