Senior AI Adoption Lead
ALK-Abelló · Hørsholm, Europe, DK
Job description
The Senior AI Adoption Lead takes ownership of ALK's continuous AI adoption programme, turning enthusiasm into real, safe, everyday value from the AI tools available to ALK employees. This role continues the adoption efforts from 2025 (over 1,000 employees trained in GenAI usage) and 2026 (more tailored training on ALK's AI solutions) and is key to achieving ALK's AI ambition within the Allergy+ strategy. This role requires genuine enthusiasm for enabling people, facilitating great learning experiences, and driving change. The Senior AI Adoption Lead must work closely with people across all business areas, be proactive, reach out to employees, and drive AI adoption across the entire organization so that the change is permanent and sticks with employees. This role owns ALK's continuous AI adoption programme, covering general enablement on GenAI, tailored upskilling for all employees, and engagement activities that drive adoption. This includes preparing and hosting AI training (both general-purpose and tool-specific), the training calendar, micro-learning, maintaining AI at ALK intranet site. The role also owns measuring GenAI usage across the organization, providing the data needed to support informed decisions in AI strategy implementation. This is not an engineering role – the person does not need to build or configure AI solutions. It does, however, require basic understanding of both business and IT, so the Senior AI Adoption Lead can act as an effective bridge between the two. Genuine enthusiasm for new technologies, especially generative AI, is required. Experience with usage of those technologies in daily life and enterprise scenario is vital. The Senior AI Adoption Lead acts as a proxy between business and IT: translating technical concepts into everyday business language, aligning business demand with IT delivery, triaging common issues, and accelerating adoption before escalation to IT. This role is based in Denmark, where ALK has its headquarters and the majority of AI users. It also requires occasional business travel to conduct in-person workshops and training. Major fields of responsibility: Communicate the need for AI adoption through meetings, newsletters, MS Teams, and Intranet; share success stories, best practices, and enthusiasm for upcoming initiatives. Foster engagement through targeted workshops for departments and business units, regular manager briefings, tailored communications, and a visible emphasis on the benefits of AI in daily work. Map use cases and design training courses (e.g. Foundations, Advanced Prompting, Leading with GenAI) and micro-learning, and activate and coordinate a network of AI Champions to extend reach. Provide accessible, tiered learning resources through the AI community and Learning Hub (Teams channel, SharePoint) — videos, live webinars, in-person workshops, quick-start guides, FAQs, and playbooks. Support enterprise-AI pilots with onboarding, enablement and value evaluation; collect feedback and resolve common non-technical issues; and maintain a tight feedback loop with IT on platform updates, governance, and support to keep adoption aligned and safe. Work side by side with the technical teams (programmers, architects, data and platform specialists): take part in solution and roadmap discussions, learn how the solutions work, ask questions from the end-user perspective, challenge and advise on usability, and translate the outcome into layman terms for the business. Define and measure adoption rates and satisfaction (usage, surveys, focus groups) and report impact to leadership; run iterative cycles to refine training content based on user feedback and business priorities; and recognize high adopters through awards and acknowledgment. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years' experience in change management, IT systems adoption, and training management and delivery Proven facilitation, training and change-management experience Outstanding communication and stakeholder skills across all levels Fluent in English. Hands-on curiosity about generative AI Practical experience with creation of AI assistants (e.g. custom skills in Anthropic Claude or custom agents in M365 Copilot). Analytical mindset able to translate adoption data into actionable insights. Self-driven, organized and creative, comfortable working across business and IT .
