Tu Rol en Baxter: Desarrollar y comunicar a los proveedores las expectativas en cuanto al desempeño de la calidad, la mejora continua, los sistemas de calidad y la infraestructura de control de procesos para piezas críticas de mantenimiento y nuevos productos •Realizar y coordinar evaluaciones del sistema de calidad y del control de procesos. •Medir y comunicar el desempeño de los proveedores en métricas claves y los planes de mejora continua correspondientes. •Da seguimiento al material no conforme de los proveedores para su correcta disposición e implementación de acciones para resolver las no conformidades en las instalaciones del proveedor. Requisitos: Ingenieria o Carrera Afin. 3-5 años de experiencia Experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos a automotriz en el desarrollo e implementación de sistemas de calidad, controles de procesos y métodos de mejora continua (QSR, ISO 9000/QS9000, ISO 1348). DPPMs,PPAPs,Auditorias on site SCARs,Supplier Quality Scorecards Experiencia en proyectos Kizen o Lean Six Sigma. Colaborar, capacitar y asesorar a los representantes de los proveedores en las mejores prácticas, como sistemas de calidad, métodos de control de procesos, resolución de problemas y herramientas estadísticas. Supervisa e impulsa acciones correctivas y actividades de mejora continua que impactan directamente el desempeño de los proveedores asignados.
