Job Category Program & Project Management Job Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Technical Program Managers (TPMs) lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Salesforce’s Technology & Products organizations, owning programs from initiation through closure. The Senior Technical Program Manager, Trust & Infrastructure is a senior individual contributor who leads programs migrating Salesforce customers and workloads onto and within Hyperforce, our infrastructure product built on third-party substrates like AWS and GCP. You’ll partner with leaders across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Product, Customer Enablement, and Operations to deliver predictable, low-risk migrations at global scale, spanning existing internal and external customers and net-new business. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with mission-critical deliverables and a steady stream of unforeseen challenges. It suits someone who thrives in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Lead complex, multi-team migration programs from initiation through closure, aligning teams around scope, vision, and business goals, with clear milestones, governance, and success criteria. Drive programs across multiple migration types, including existing internal and external customers and net-new business, aligning targets, sequencing, and readiness with engineering and business partners. Run program cadences, including Steering Committee meetings, to make decisions, remove obstacles, and manage escalations, and publish clear status for leaders with risks, asks, and decisions up front. Track risks, issues, and dependencies, define program metrics, and use data and AI tools to guide priorities and speed up planning and reporting. You’re Our Person If... You have 8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company, leading cloud infrastructure, platform migration, or SaaS programs. You’ve led complex, cross-functional technical programs end to end, including planning, dependency and risk management, governance, and stakeholder alignment. You understand public cloud infrastructure well enough to engage credibly with engineers on migration approaches and readiness. You turn technical risks into business impact and clear executive decisions, take ownership in ambiguity, and lead through influence without direct authority. Even Better If... You’ve led large-scale cloud or multi-cloud migrations, or infrastructure consolidation programs, for mission-critical SaaS at global scale. You have experience with Portfolio Management or tenant provisioning and routing systems. You’ve built scalable handoff, intake, or operating models across multiple teams. You have a related technical degree. Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
