Mission principale Assurer la promotion scientifique et commerciale des produits pharmaceutiques auprès des professionnels de santé (médecins, pharmaciens et autres acteurs concernés) sur le secteur géographique attribué, afin de développer la prescription, renforcer la visibilité des produits et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux de l'entreprise. Veiller à transmettre une information scientifique fiable, actualisée et conforme aux exigences réglementaires, aux procédures internes et aux règles éthiques de l'industrie pharmaceutique, tout en assurant une couverture optimale du secteur et le développement durable des relations avec les professionnels de santé. Secteurs géographiques concernés : plusieurs secteurs à couvrir, notamment le Grand Tunis, Sousse et le Sud tunisien. Le secteur d'affectation sera précisé selon les besoins de l'organisation Responsabilités majeures Présenter les produits du portefeuille aux médecins et aux autres professionnels de santé concernés, en apportant une information médicale claire, pertinente et actualisée. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de visites adapté aux objectifs fixés et aux spécificités du secteur. Développer et entretenir des relations professionnelles durables avec les professionnels de santé. Assurer une couverture optimale du secteur et veiller à la qualité ainsi qu’à la régularité des visites. Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs définis pour le secteur. Suivre les indicateurs de performance, analyser les résultats et proposer des actions correctives ou d’amélioration. Assurer une veille active sur les évolutions du marché, les activités concurrentielles et les besoins du secteur. Remonter régulièrement les informations du terrain et les retours des professionnels de santé à la hiérarchie. Respecter les exigences éthiques, les règles de conformité et les procédures internes d’Opalia Recordati. Profile recherché Formation supérieure en pharmacie, médecine, sciences de la santé ou dans un domaine scientifique ou commercial pertinent. Expérience professionnelle confirmée d’au moins 2 ans en tant que Délégué Médical , idéalement dans l’industrie pharmaceutique. Bonne connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique tunisien et du réseau médical de la zone concernée. Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication, avec une réelle capacité à développer un réseau professionnel. Forte orientation résultats, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’analyse. Capacité à planifier efficacement les visites et à gérer les priorités. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et aptitude à assurer un reporting rigoureux. Permis de conduire et disponibilité pour les déplacements sur le secteur attribué.
