Job description

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Growth Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies. This role will own end-to-end paid social and digital campaign performance — optimising for ROAS, ROI, and overall marketing impact — using AI as the primary toolkit to move faster, test smarter, and deliver outsized results. The ideal candidate is an experienced growth marketer who already uses AI fluently in their day-to-day work — from analysis and experimentation to creative prototyping and workflow automation — and sees AI as the multiplier that unlocks step-change performance gains.
