Our Mission At Palo Alto Networks®, we’re united by a shared mission—to protect our digital way of life. We thrive at the intersection of innovation and impact, solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology and bold thinking. Here, everyone has a voice, and every idea counts. If you’re ready to do the most meaningful work of your career alongside people who are just as passionate as you are, you’re in the right place. Who We Are In order to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, we must trailblaze the path and shape the future of our industry. This is something our employees work at each day and is defined by our values: Disruption, Collaboration, Execution, Integrity, and Inclusion. We weave AI into the fabric of everything we do and use it to augment the impact every individual can have. If you are passionate about solving real-world problems and ideating beside the best and the brightest, we invite you to join us! We believe collaboration thrives in person. That’s why most of our teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when it’s needed. This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes. Job Summary Your Career The Sr Sales Enablement Operations Manager is a high-influence role designed for a process-driven strategist. You will not simply support the team; you will drive the engine of the department, identifying operational bottlenecks, accelerating sales rep productivity, and owning the operational execution that connects EMEA sales strategy directly to quota attainment and drives operational execution for our most critical regional events. You will ensure that every initiative we launch is audited for impact, aligned with global standards, and executed with operational excellence. Your Impact End-to-End Program Operational Governance: Own the full operational lifecycle of all EMEA enablement initiatives, leading strategic project intake, resource orchestration, and cross-functional project management to ensure every program is delivered on time and at a high standard. You will serve as the operational engine for EMEA Sales Enablement, ensuring key revenue-driving initiatives are executed seamlessly to maximize field productivity and reduce rep ramp time. You will manage the execution roadmap, event logistics and post-program success validation to ensure initiatives achieve their defined KPIs, while explicitly delegating content design and facilitation to the respective Subject Matter Experts. Performance Intelligence & ROI: You will move beyond participation metrics to track the actual impact of enablement on the business, partnering with Sales Ops to correlate enablement activities with win rates, pipeline health, and ramp-to-productivity. Strategic Portfolio & Project Management: Lead the disciplined execution of the EMEA Enablement Roadmap by managing complex project lifecycles and cross-functional interdependencies. You will translate the high-level FY27 Blueprint into actionable operational plans; orchestrating timelines, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across regional and global teams. Your focus is on maintaining a high standard of project integrity, ensuring that every initiative is delivered on schedule and is directly mapped to the team’s strategic KPIs and ROI. Program Management: Support the development and manage the execution of flagship enablement programs that help to drive revenue across EMEA, including FLIGHT Sales Onboarding, Brilliant at the Basics and EBC Excellence. Global Liaison & Best Practice Synthesis: Serve as the primary point of connection between EMEA and the Global Enablement organization. You will ensure regional alignment with global vision while proactively "exporting" EMEA best practices to influence the global roadmap, ensuring our theater has a seat at the table for worldwide strategy. Strategic Event Ownership (SKO & DSM Summit): Executing revenue-critical regional enablement milestones (SKO/DSM Summit) to accelerate pipeline velocity and Q1/Q2 deal execution. This is not a logistical support role; you own the end-to-end strategic framework, budget ROI, and the alignment of event content with EMEA’s specific sales objectives. Executive Intelligence & Strategic Communications: Own the "Enablement Drum Beat." You will synthesize complex workstream updates into high-level executive summaries, MBRs, and board-level reporting, ensuring EMEA leadership has a clear, data-driven view of our progress against the strategy. Qualifications Your Experience Operational Leadership: Proven experience in a Sales Operations leadership or Strategic Enablement leadership role where you have managed complex portfolios. Process Engineering: A track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions that improve team productivity. Stakeholder Influence: Experience acting as a liaison between regional and global teams, with the ability to negotiate priorities and share best practices across borders. Program Ownership: Experience owning large-scale, high-visibility projects (like SKO) from a strategic and budgetary perspective, rather than just a logistical one. Data & Executive Synthesis: Ability to navigate CRM data and translate it into a compelling "so-what" narrative for executive-level stakeholders, including detailed strategic data analysis showing correlation between enablement efforts and results. Note: This role focuses on strategy and operations; it does not require instructional design or classroom facilitation. Our Commitment We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.
