In this role, you will help deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence, service quality, and business value while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Technology Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will provide strategic leadership and deep technical expertise across complex delivery engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping technology strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of business-critical solutions. You will be responsible for: Leading the adoption of innovative technologies and delivery practices that drive business transformation and create measurable value. Partnering with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, define requirements, and recommend technology solutions aligned with strategic priorities. Providing expert guidance to delivery teams, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices and high-quality outcomes. Driving delivery excellence by optimizing processes, improving service performance, and enhancing client satisfaction. Influencing delivery strategies across multiple initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling informed decision-making and stakeholder alignment. Evaluating emerging technologies and defining roadmaps that support business growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Acting as a recognized subject matter expert, contributing to Accenture’s delivery capabilities and strengthening our reputation in the marketplace. Required Experience & SkillsProven experience leading large-scale technology delivery engagements and service management initiatives. Strong expertise in technology innovation, digital transformation, and solution delivery. Advanced stakeholder management, consulting, and advisory skills. Experience driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence initiatives. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives. Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing capabilities. Experience working in complex environments with multiple teams and stakeholders. Preferred QualificationsMastery of Technological Innovation. Experience in Service Delivery and Delivery Excellence frameworks. Ability to lead strategic conversations and drive outcomes at executive levels.
