YOUR TASKS As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end warehouse operation and act as a key partner to the Operations Manager. You translate data into action and ensure KPIs are consistently met and improved. Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved; Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans; Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives; Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance; Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency. You will manage multiple supervisors and report directly to the Operations Manager. Together, you drive growth, scalability, and high customer service levels within a dynamic logistics setting. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working/thinking level; Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations; Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management; Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement; Good command of the English language; Proactive, decisive, and a strong people manager.
