That’s why we need a Patents and Trademarks Technician like you. Mission The Patents and Trademarks Technician will ensure that the administration of the Grifols Intellectual Property Departament runs smoothly and efficiently. Adheres to Intellectual Property policies at Grifols and works to meet internal/external deadlines that the departament has. What your responsibilities will be: You will complete administrative requests as required by the Intellectual Property Department and Scientific and Innovation Office. You will manage the electronic filing of documents. You will proceed with the invoicing. You will prepare summaries and case statuses. You will be working with internal clients to obtain instructions on patents and trade mark matters. You will be working with external lawyers to manage administrative patent and trade mark matters in Grifols. Who you are: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You bring 2-3+ years’ experience working in a similar role. You are fluent in Spanish and English. You have strong MS Office skills. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills. You have the ability to be a team player and work effectively with cross-functional team.
