Your role Prepare and review statutory financial statements (IND AS) and IFRS reporting, including notes to accounts, and support external audits and group consolidation requirements. Manage stakeholder relationships with statutory, internal, and group auditors to ensure timely and smooth audit completion. Serve as the accounting and reporting SME, evaluating regulatory/accounting changes and implementing controls and processes for compliance. Oversee accounting operations and month-end close, ensuring accurate, timely recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, analyze P&L and Balance Sheet variances, and prepare management presentations and performance dashboards. Drive process improvements and automation, resolve financial reporting queries, and support regulatory, banking, tax, and management information requirements. Your profile Must be a Chartered Accountant Fresher from 2025 or 2026 batch. Must be proficient in accounting standards both IndAS and IFRS and other regulatory requirements for financial reporting Must have organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Show initiative, be a self-starter, ability to work independently and at the same time also able to handle a team of qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants Familiarity with databases and the ability to summarize large volume of excel data Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
