Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM PAM / Service Account Management Engineer to support the architecture, design, implementation, and administration of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The role involves deploying and integrating privileged account security technologies, supporting customer engagements, developing solution designs, and ensuring secure onboarding and management of privileged accounts across complex environments. Key Responsibilities PAM Solution Architecture & Deployment Support the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across enterprise and government environments. Assist in solution implementation architecture activities and technical design reviews. Develop detailed solution design documentation, implementation plans, deployment procedures, and technical specifications. Coordinate pre-deployment reviews, implementation readiness assessments, and technical validation activities. Support multiple concurrent PAM solution implementations and related engineering initiatives. Technical Consulting & Customer Engagement Gather and analyze high-level functional, technical, operational, and security requirements. Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution deployment. Communicate complex technical concepts, dependencies, and solution capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences. Provide technical guidance during implementation and operational transition phases. Support escalation management and resolution of deployment and integration issues. PAM Administration & Integration Design, implement, and support CA PAM (Xceedium) and related privileged account security solutions. Onboard Windows and Unix/Linux endpoints into PAM platforms. Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise identity stores and directory services. Configure and support privileged account workflows, service accounts, credential management, and access controls. Support identity governance and privileged access management initiatives. Infrastructure & Security Support Administer Windows Server environments and support server integrations with PAM platforms. Perform IIS administration and web-based application support. Manage Active Directory integrations and LDAP-based authentication configurations. Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and authorization issues across networked environments. Support secure communication and protocol configurations for privileged access solutions.Technical Skills Extensive experience implementing and administering CA PAM (Xceedium) solutions. Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Service Account Management (SAM) programs. Hands-on experience with: Windows Server Administration (2008/2012 and newer versions) Unix/Linux Server Administration Microsoft IIS Administration Active Directory Services LDAP Queries and Directory Integrations Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and firewall technologies. Working knowledge of the following protocols: TCP/IP UDP DNS NetBIOS HTTP/HTTPS SMTP SNMP SSH SSL/TLS Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Shell Script, Python, or equivalent). Professional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing multiple projects and system designs simultaneously. Ability to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and c customer-facing experience. Knowledge of IAM security standards, compliance requirements, and privileged access best practices.
