Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Winter 2026 is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees. Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN." A/ JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Job Objective: Assist the IT team in maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of IT equipment and systems 2. Main Responsibilities: Request Handling : Receive and respond to user inquiries through multiple channels (ticketing system, email, phone). Ticket Management : Log, evaluate, and classify incoming tickets accurately to ensure proper tracking and resolution. Issue Resolution & Escalation : Provide timely responses and solutions. When necessary, escalate issues to senior support levels or coordinate with external service providers to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Onsite Support Services : Perform location-based tasks such as hardware receipt and delivery, installation, and setup to support operational needs. B/ WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
