WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation ). In your new role, you support the design and implementation of a global employee share program, working with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Tax, Finance, Payroll, and external service providers to establish a compliant and scalable framework. You coordinate the rollout of the program across multiple countries, manage country-specific requirements, and ensure alignment with regulatory, tax, labor law, and securities-related obligations. Your expertise is in demand when defining governance standards, enrollment processes, participant communications, reporting requirements, and operational procedures to ensure a consistent employee experience worldwide. Furthermore, you manage relationships with external brokers, plan administrators, and other vendors while monitoring program performance, compliance, participation rates, and operational risks. Following the initial implementation phase, you oversee the ongoing administration and continuous improvement of the global employee share program and support future enhancements as the organization grows. WHAT YOU OFFER successfully completed university degree in business administration, finance, human resources, law, economics, or a comparable field several years of professional experience in equity programs, compensation and benefits, payroll governance, finance operations, in a comparable international environment strong knowledge of employee share plans, incentive programs, governance processes, compliance requirements, and project management in a multinational organization excellent English skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint strong stakeholder management and communication skills combined with analytical thinking, attention to detail, intercultural competence, and a solution-oriented mindset proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies WHAT WE OFFER Responsibility within a leading international agricultural company.
