DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Responsible for the writing and debugging of testing software. 2. Responsible for the writing, review and archiving of software design documents. 3. According to the company's plan, formulate and implement software development and testing plans. 4. Responsible for analyzing and solving problems encountered during development and production. 5. Cooperate with other departments to conduct hardware and software joint debugging. 6. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned EDUCATION: Bachelor degree and major in communication engineering, electronic information engineering, electronic science and technology, computer science and technology, optical information science, etc WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: More than 3 years of experience in software development, transceiver test software development, and related work experience in the optoelectronic industry. PREFERRED: with experience in transceiver testing 100G, 400G or above and SOE testing SKILLS & ABILITIES: 1. Proficient in phython development, familiar with RS232, 12C, USB and other communication protocols; master common communication buses (I2C, USB, ETH); 2. Familiar with the functional index requirements of transceiver and corresponding test instruments (Oscilloscope, clock recovery, BERT, power meter, attenuator, wavelength meter, switch, etc.) 3. Familiar with motion control, data acquisition, image Recognition, experience in using NI related boards is preferred. 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Good hands-on and analytical skills 5. Familiar with high-speed optical module client application scenarios, and familiar with transceiver protocols, such as SFF, CMIS, etc. 6. Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious work, and good communication skills. Able to accept overtime and emergency work requirements. 7.
