Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify digital transformation opportunities and IT solutions. Ensure IT initiatives align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. Digital Transformation IT Solution Implementation Support the deployment of digital tools, automation solutions, and datadriven technologies. Work with internal IT teams to implement businessspecific digital solutions. Assist in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies for process improvement. IT Project Coordination Support Participate in IT projects related to regional and site operations, ensuring timely delivery and execution. Support endusers by troubleshooting ITrelated issues and providing necessary training on digital tools. Document business requirements and translate them into IT solutions in collaboration with development teams. Compliance IT Governance Ensure all IT solutions comply with regulatory requirements, data integrity policies, and security standards. Maintain proper documentation for IT implementations, SOPs, and system access. Support audits and IT risk assessments related to regional and site IT infrastructure. Continuous Improvement Innovation Stay updated on the latest digital trends, automation tools, and IT best practices in the pharma industry. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance IT service delivery at regional and site levels. Participate in training and knowledgesharing sessions to upskill in digital technologies.
