JOB DESCRIPTION:ABOUT THE TEAM Team: Consumer Promotion Category: Nutrition (Milk powder, liquid) Working days: Monday to Saturday (office hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm) Working location: 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, Hochiminh city ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly to: Category Promotion Manager I, Core job responsibilities: 1, Promotion Ideation, plan & deployment: Source gift ideas from external Vendor proposals or self-research Follow-up with vendor to develop mock-up, check pricing, MOQ, lead time Plan and follow-up from gift idea to market deployment 2, Execution Excellence: Collaborate with Procurement team for Gift bidding & purchase request/orders Collaborate with Channel development team for Promotion allocation to NW Collaborate with Logistics team for Gift & POSM delivery and Promotion packing Collaborate with Finance team for budget proposal & payment request Collaborate with external Vendors throughout the promotional gift development process to ensure smooth operation cross functions. 3, Admin task: Create promotion proposal on system, Test promotion pack dimension at log warehouse, 40% create code gift, code pack, master file, Goods Receipt Note, 4, Reporting: Consolidate report from system (3 times/week) Summarize key take aways and follow-up actions 5, Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager II, Requirements: 1, Core Skill Requirement: Communication skills Time management Proven characteristics in Attention to details & follow through MS office Read & written English 2, Core Trait/Behavior Requirement: Experience: preferably 1-2 years working in General Administration/ Office Admin/ Operation Support/Procurement/Marketing High sense of responsibility, ownership Proactive Teamwork Ability to work under time pressure. 3, Minimum education required: University/ Vocational training center graduate Creativity is a plus The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
