MES Developer Location: Pune, Bangalore Experience: 2-6 Years Join us to build and support next-generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that drive operational excellence across automotive and discrete manufacturing environments. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced MES Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in MES development, customization, and support, along with experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing industries. The role also requires exposure to AMS support, SLA management, and production support activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and configure MES solutions based on business requirements. Provide functional and technical support for MES applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex MES issues to minimize production downtime. Develop and maintain web-based reports and dashboards. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in MES development and support. Hands-on experience working in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments. Strong technical skills in: .NET, SQL,PL/SQL,MES Experience with MES customization, configuration, and web reporting. Exposure to AMS support models and SLA-driven environments. Preferred Skills Experience working under AMS contracts and support engagements. Understanding of manufacturing operations and industry best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
