Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home. What You’ll Do: Work closely with a multi-disciplined team (Design, Art, Programming & Analytics) to design, scope and implement core features that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively inflect metrics. Own and manage the live operations schedule, ensuring best-in-class execution. Emphasis on attention to detail, proactive communication, and measurable results. Support the leadership team in defining and iterating upon the game’s business strategy to build a robust product roadmap for development and post-launch live content. Drive user and competitive research, champion the usage of core innovative game technology, and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis and an understanding of the market. Collaborate effectively across different business divisions, including release operations, user acquisition, legal, and other stakeholders, given the use of an established Take-Two IP. Effectively champion product vision & strategy, monitor product progression through completion of milestones and partner with other parts of the organisation including Central Analytics and Product Marketing. Build knowledge and understanding of data driven insights within the rest of the team through regular communication about relevant dashboards and reports. Act as an independent, self-starter capable of driving projects forward autonomously. What You’ll Bring: Product Management experience in free-to-play game development, with a proven track record in managing live operations and executing best-in-class practices. Strong passion for and in-depth knowledge of mid-core games, specifically within the action, shooter, or RPG genres. Proven experience working effectively with various cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., release operations, user acquisition, legal). Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, owning features and schedules without requiring direct reports. Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications and white papers. Exceptional data analysis skills, coupled with advanced Excel and SQL proficiency. Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff. Outstanding written and oral communication. Strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends. Bonus Points: Previous experience with new game development through to worldwide launch. Experience with shipping/managing games on multiple platforms.
