We are seeking an accomplished technology and product leader who can operate effectively in a large, complex organization and help scale capabilities, teams, and ways of working across Global Brand Protection. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a measurable impact on user experience, organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, compliance, patient safety, product integrity, and enterprise value. The Technical Product Manager will define the vision, strategy, objectives and key results, and multi-year roadmap for assigned products and platforms. This leader will align business demand with product priorities, translate strategic needs into executable capabilities, and balance customer value, technical feasibility, risk, cost, and delivery efficiency. Working closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, architects, data partners, suppliers, and control functions, the role will shape and refine the backlog, clarify technical enablers and epics, resolve cross-team dependencies, manage demand intake, and ensure architectural integration and delivery capacity are understood. Across Global Brand Protection, this leader will partner closely with business product owners to establish outcome-based roadmaps and deliver user-centered technology capabilities. The portfolio will include AI and machine learning-enabled product authentication, GenAI-supported investigative insights, harmonized data and analytics capabilities, and other solutions that strengthen patient safety, accelerate risk detection, protect revenue, and improve operational decision-making. As a secondary product domain and interim assignment, this leader will support management of the existing Aviation application portfolio, maintain operational continuity and planned commitments, and facilitate an orderly transition of product leadership to another leader. Success in this role requires insight-led strategy, intellectual curiosity, responsible innovation, human-centered design, and strong product and delivery discipline. The ideal candidate is an influential collaborator who leads through ambiguity, builds trusted relationships across a matrixed organization, makes risks and trade-offs transparent, and creates an environment of clarity, accountability, learning, and collective ownership. Key Responsibilities This role will lead product strategy and execution for Global Brand Protection. The leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and investment decisions through delivery, adoption, value realization, operations, and continuous improvement. As a secondary and interim assignment, the role will also support the existing Aviation portfolio and its transition to another leader. Responsibilities include: Define the product and technology vision, strategy, objectives and key results, multi-generation roadmap, and investment priorities for assigned products and platforms. Translate business and investigator needs into integrated solutions spanning process, technology, data, governance, controls, and user experience. Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, service transition, operational support, and lifecycle health of key applications, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations and continuous improvement. Provide interim oversight of the existing Aviation application portfolio, including committed roadmap delivery, application lifecycle activities, operational support, risk management, and business continuity. Partner with Aviation leadership, operations teams, and the incoming product leader to document the current portfolio, clarify ownership, transfer knowledge, and complete an orderly transition of responsibilities. Build measurable value cases and baseline key performance indicators across patient safety, product integrity, employee experience, functional excellence, efficiency, compliance, and revenue protection. Lead discovery, portfolio intake, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and data-driven prioritization using customer insight, business value, risk, technical feasibility, and total cost of ownership. Partner with Product Owners, engineering, data, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, procurement, finance, operations, and suppliers to deliver secure, scalable, compliant, and supportable capabilities. Apply AI, machine learning, GenAI, analytics, and emerging technologies responsibly to accelerate product authentication, investigative insight, risk detection, and decision-making. Establish governance, release-readiness, adoption, service-transition, and continuous-improvement practices across the product lifecycle. Manage budgets, supplier capacity, contracts, delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; communicate status, recommendations, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders. During the interim Aviation assignment, maintain appropriate supplier, contract, financial, service-level, infrastructure, and continuity oversight until responsibilities are transitioned to another leader. Monitor external trends in brand protection, illicit trade, data, analytics, and digital technology to inform strategy and identify new value opportunities. Develop strong regional and global partnerships, influence without formal authority, and foster a high-performing culture of transparency, inclusion, accountability, innovation, and talent development. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of relevant business and technology experience, including substantial leadership responsibility for enterprise products, platforms, operations, programs, or portfolios. Demonstrated end-to-end product leadership across discovery, strategy, roadmap, development, testing, deployment, adoption, transition to support, continuous improvement, and retirement. Track record leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed and regulated environments. Experience translating business problems into product strategies, value cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Strong working knowledge of governance, risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, architecture, financial management, and operational readiness. Experience managing suppliers, delivery capacity, contracts, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting. Demonstrated success influencing senior business and technology leaders, resolving competing priorities, and driving fact-based decisions without relying solely on formal authority
