The Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for strategic sourcing of Co-Formulants. This role leads supplier selection, negotiations, and sub-category management to ensure competitive costs and secure supply, driving cost savings, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and supplier performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers. As a Global Sourcing Manager AP_PC CoFormulants - RTP, NC, you create chemistry by... Developing and implementing procurement strategies for assigned sub-categories. Managing RFQ/RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and supplier selection. Analyzing markets, identifying savings opportunities, and optimizing supply concepts. Executing Source-to-Contract processes and maintaining procurement data in SAP. Ensuring availability of regulatory documentation and supporting product registrations. Collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers on sustainability and supplier performance. If you... Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a similar field; an MBA is preferred. Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or similar. Have strong expertise in procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and project management. Are proficient in SAP and business software, with excellent English communication skills. Have an analytical, collaborative, and stakeholder-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills. Demonstrate strong RFx/negotiation and contracting ability (framework agreements, indexation, risk clauses).
